As the leader of WeWork Latam, Pato Fuks achieved something that had never been done before in Latin America. He expanded the company in the region, setting records for contract signings and achieving the best performance. He developed 120 buildings in 3 years in Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Brazil. As the company’s CEO, he played a crucial role in building the largest physical social network on the planet. He successfully challenged traditional working methods by designing physical spaces that foster inspiration, idea development, and business growth. He obtained unique numbers and contributed to generating collaborative work models connecting people, entrepreneurs, and companies globally.
Like every Pato project, WeWork meant opportunities, productivity, and efficiency, but also one more step towards the future of business.

Dazzler Hotels. Like everything in Pato's life, the Dazzler Hotels project began with the tireless need to undertake creatively and with the available resources. For this reason, the firm history started with the rental of his first hotel, the Bisonte, which years later he would reopen as Dazzler. Thus founding his brand of four-star hotels. With the success of this first move, in less than three years, he acquired four more hotels and founded Fën Hotels.
Under his leadership, the chain expanded around Argentina and in different cities in Latin America.
Esplendor Hoteles Boutique. The project also began renting a hotel, in this case, the Phoenix, one of the oldest hotels in Buenos Aires. But this time, it was an even more ambitious movement: to install the concept of boutique hotels in Argentina and the region. Esplendor is a hotel project that revolutionized the Argentine market for three and four-star hotels.
With the metamorphosis of the Phoenix and the creation of the first Esplendor, the chain matrix was born: a combination of art, design, and history in iconic buildings in Latin American cities.
